WHO WE ARE
A community for people who want something better
Frontier Republicans & Friends brings together Republicans, No Party Preference voters, and disaffected Democrats who want safer streets, a lower cost of living, better schools, and more effective government.
We're committed to honest conversation, competent governance, and the patient work of building something better. You don't have to agree with us on everything. You only have to be curious, open, and willing to engage.
Our Values
Freedom
Public order, strong institutions, and equal liberty under the law.
Character
Integrity, responsibility, and compassion for those in need.
Opportunity
A society where anyone can rise through initiative and hard work.
American politics increasingly rewards outrage over results. Frontier is a deliberate alternative: builders, not critics; competence over theatrics; goodwill toward those we disagree with. We believe the surest way to improve the Bay Area is to rebuild a center-right that earns trust the old-fashioned way — by being credible, constructive, and serious about governing.
Why should I join Frontier?
-
Being a Republican in the Bay Area can feel lonely, but you're far from alone. Frontier connects you with a growing community of neighbors who share your convictions and want to win, not just complain. We focus on winnable local races, credible candidates, and an optimistic, competent brand of center-right politics. Come to a dinner, bring a friend, and help us rebuild the center-right in the Bay Area.
-
You don't have to join a party to belong here. That's the "& Friends" in our name. If you're tired of one-party rule and outrage politics, Frontier offers something different: a practical, hopeful community focused on safer streets, a lower cost of living, and better schools. We prize honest conversation and goodwill across political lines. Come see whether this is your kind of politics.

Some of our members are Democrats who love this region and are frustrated with what one-party rule has produced. You don't have to agree with us on everything. You only have to want safer streets, a lower cost of living, better schools, and a government that actually works. Healthy competition makes both parties sharper. Pull up a chair, disagree freely, and help us raise the bar for local government.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Frontier is for anyone who wants more political competition and more effective government in the Bay Area — Republicans, No Party Preference voters, and disaffected Democrats alike. That's the "& Friends" in our name. You don't have to agree with us on everything; you only need to be curious, open, and willing to engage honestly.
-
We're under no illusions: this is a long game, built patiently from the ground up. But Bay Area voters are more open to center-right ideas than the Republican brand suggests — they simply haven't seen candidates and ideas they find credible. Frontier focuses on winnable local races, candidates trusted in their own communities, and early wins that compound over time.
-
Because politics in America runs through parties, and no third party or nonpartisan group has the infrastructure to compete and govern at scale. Whatever its flaws, the Republican Party already has the ballot access, networks, and local foothold needed to win; it just needs better ideas, stronger leaders, and broader coalitions here in the Bay Area. We'd rather strengthen this vehicle than wait for a new one that may never come.
-
Frontier is not organized around Donald Trump — neither for him nor against him. Our members hold a wide range of views: some admire him, some oppose him, and both are genuinely welcome. We keep our focus on Bay Area governance, where his name too often shuts down conversation before it can start. What unites us isn't a verdict on one national figure, but a shared commitment to freedom, character, and opportunity — and better local government.

Participation is flexible and built around your life. We do ask one concrete thing of every member: introduce two new people to Frontier each year — usually by inviting friends to a small dinner. It's how the community grows, and many members find it's the best part. Beyond that, you can do as much or as little as your time allows.
-
Membership starts at just $35 a year, with higher levels available for those who wish to give more. We kept the entry point low on purpose: this is a movement meant to be broadly accessible. Dues help fund our gatherings, our policy platform, and our support for candidates.

A thriving community of thousands of members across the Bay Area, dozens of principled, capable Republicans winning and serving in local office, and a center-right brand that moderates and independents take seriously. Success means more political competition, more effective government, and a model that can be carried to the rest of California — proof that politics can make daily life better for ordinary people.
Help build a better politics for the Bay Area.
